How to Use (4 Steps)
- Add one sachet to 1-2 L milk in a clean jar; stir to dissolve.
- Ferment at room temperature (cool, shaded spot) until tangy and slightly thick; time varies by temperature and milk type.
- Refrigerate the finished kefir.
- Re-culture by reserving a portion of finished kefir as the starter for the next batch (repeat 5–10 times).
Plant milks: If fermentation is slow, add 1 tsp sugar to support the culture.
