How to Use (4 Steps)

  1. Add one sachet to 1-2 L milk in a clean jar; stir to dissolve.

  4. Re-culture by reserving a portion of finished kefir as the starter for the next batch (repeat 5–10 times).
    Plant milks: If fermentation is slow, add 1 tsp sugar to support the culture.
