1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, email us or call us with your order details.
- If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund within 5-7 business days.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to our fault, we will issue a full refund or resend the order.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable products like kefir grains, kombucha SCOBY, and other live cultures cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer.
- Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery.
2.3 Refund Process
- To request a refund, email us with your order number, issue details, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
3. Replacements & Exchanges
- If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
- Shipping costs for replacements due to customer errors (wrong address, incorrect order details) must be covered by the customer.
